At Green Trading BD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The original packaging, accessories, or documents are missing

  • The return request is made after 7 days

Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days

  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase

  • Share clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • Wait for approval before returning the product

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side)

5. Replacement Policy
If the product is found defective, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation

Replacement processing may take 5–10 business days.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers must follow the same return process for exchanges.

9. Damage During Transit
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it within 24 hours with photos/videos for quick resolution.
